1. Ownership
The Terra-Claim.com platform (the "Platform"), including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of TerraClaim LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. Trademarks
"Terra-Claim," "TerraClaim," the Terra-Claim logo, and other marks, logos, and product or service names displayed on the Platform are trademarks or service marks of TerraClaim LLC. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of TerraClaim LLC.
All other trademarks not owned by TerraClaim LLC that appear on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.
3. License
TerraClaim LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include:
- Any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents.
- Any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices.
- Any derivative use of the Platform or its contents.
- Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another party.
- Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
4. User Content
By submitting content to the Platform (including claim information, documents, and other materials), you grant TerraClaim LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content as necessary to operate the Platform and provide our services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please provide us with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
