5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party service providers to operate the Platform. Each provider processes data on our behalf and is bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

  • Clerk (Clerk, Inc.) — Authentication and account management. Processes your name, email address, and login credentials. Clerk sets cookies on your device for session management.
  • Sumsub (Sum and Substance Ltd.) — Identity verification (KYC/AML). Processes your government-issued identification documents, biometric data (selfie for facial matching), date of birth, and residential address. Sumsub is a regulated provider that operates in compliance with GDPR.
  • Resend (Resend, Inc.) — Transactional email delivery. Processes your email address, name, and transaction-related information (such as claim amounts and payment details) in order to send notifications about your account and transactions.
  • Vercel (Vercel, Inc.) — Platform hosting, file storage, and analytics. Uploaded documents (such as claim certificates) are stored using Vercel Blob Storage. Vercel Analytics collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, device type) to help us improve the Platform.
  • Calendly (Calendly, LLC) — Meeting scheduling for seller verification calls. Processes your name and email address when you book a verification call.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. KYC/AML records are retained as required by applicable law, typically for a minimum of five years after the end of the business relationship.

  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
