1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Terra-Claim.com platform (the "Platform") for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices.
- Listing claims you do not own or have authority to sell.
- Submitting false or misleading information.
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent identity verification requirements.
- Using the Platform to evade sanctions or export controls.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or its infrastructure.
- Accessing accounts or data of other users without authorization.
- Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data without consent.
- Using automated systems or bots to access the Platform without authorization.
- Any activity that violates applicable securities laws or regulations.
2. Sanctions Compliance
TerraClaim LLC complies with applicable sanctions laws and regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other relevant jurisdictions.
3. Prohibited Persons
You may not use the Platform if you are:
- Located in, resident in, or organized under the laws of any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions (including, as of the effective date: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine).
- Identified on any applicable sanctions list, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, the UK Sanctions List, or the EU Consolidated List.
- Owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of, any person or entity identified on an applicable sanctions list.
- Otherwise prohibited from transacting under applicable sanctions laws.
4. Screening
TerraClaim screens users against applicable sanctions lists as part of our KYC/AML procedures. We may conduct additional screening at any time and may decline to open accounts, process transactions, or continue business relationships based on screening results.
5. User Representations
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are not a prohibited person as described above.
- You are not using the Platform on behalf of any prohibited person or to evade sanctions.
- Funds used in transactions do not originate from prohibited sources or jurisdictions.
- You will not use the Platform in violation of applicable sanctions laws or regulations.
6. Consequences of Violation
Violation of this policy may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account.
- Cancellation of pending transactions.
- Reporting to relevant authorities.
- Legal action as appropriate.
