What we do
TerraClaim LLC buys bankruptcy claims ("Crypto Loss Claims") from creditors in the Chapter 11 case In re Terraform Labs Pte. Ltd., Case No. 24-10070-BLS, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The creditor sells the claim for a single payment; each transfer is filed with the court under Bankruptcy Rule 3001(e).

TerraClaim LLC is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, Kroll Restructuring Administration (the court-appointed claims agent), Terraform Labs Pte. Ltd., the Plan Administrator, the Wind Down Trust or the U.S. Trustee. "Terra", "LUNA" and "Terraform Labs" are used only to describe the bankruptcy case the claims arise from.
