Is this you?

Thousands of Terra creditors got a number they don't fully understand, from a process nobody explained. If any of these sounds familiar, this page is for you.

It's lower than what you lost

A missing wallet, uncounted tokens or how trades around May 2022 were read can all pull a number down.

You're curious if you could get more

No red flag needed. If there's room to push back, we'll tell you. If your number holds up, you'll know that too.

It came back at $0, or it's already final

A zero can be as wrong as a low number, and even a final amount has a narrow path left. We'll tell you if it's worth taking.

Your timeline

How the deadlines work

Every claim runs on its own clock, starting the day Kroll notified you. Enter that date and we'll lay out yours.

Pick your date
  1. DAY 0
    Initial determination

Kroll posts your Crypto Loss Amount on the claims portal.

    —
  2. BY DAY 30
    Click “Dispute”

Miss it and your amount becomes final by default.

    —
  3. BY DAY 60
    Submit your evidence

Enter your asserted amount, upload your proof, then click “Submit Supplemental Evidence”. Disputing alone is not enough.

    —
  4. THEN
    Final determination

The Plan Administrator reviews your file and issues a final amount.

    Varies by claim
  5. AFTER FINAL
    Reconsideration

The court can reconsider a claim for cause (§502(j)). A high bar, but not zero.

    Case by case

Dates follow the rules shown on the Kroll portal, Eastern Time; a deadline falling on a weekend moves to the next Monday. Always check your own portal.

Questions

I already have a final determination. Is it over?

Not always. Under §502(j) of the Bankruptcy Code, the court can reconsider an allowed or disallowed claim for cause. It's a high bar, but having your claim looked at first costs nothing.

I missed the 30-day window. What now?

Your initial amount became final by default. The reconsideration route can still apply in some situations: upload your notice and we'll tell you if yours is one.

Why is my amount lower than I expected?

Common reasons include a wallet or exchange account that wasn't counted, profits realized before or after May 6, 2022, tokens acquired after May 13, 2022, missing evidence, or manual evidence that couldn't be verified.

Does this cost anything? Do I have to sell?

No and no. The review is free and comes with no obligation. A properly analyzed claim puts you in a better position whatever you decide, including if you ever choose to sell.

Who reviews my claim?

Bankruptcy and crypto tracing experts who follow the Terraform Labs case day to day. They compare your determination with your on-chain history and with how similar claims were valued, then tell you honestly whether there's a case worth making. This review is informational, not legal advice.

Is this legal advice?

No. TerraClaim is not a law firm. Reviews are informational only, with no guarantee of outcome. For legal advice on your claim, consult a qualified attorney.
